TOS

I have the right to refuse a commission request. no ai or nfts allowed.
Payments will be made upfront & in full using PayPal or Ko-fi (in USD).
I will start to draw once the appropriate payment is made.
Refunds will ONLY be made under certain circumstances (these can be discussed further).
Art received may NOT be used for commercial purposes. If you do wish to use it commerically, an additional fee of at least +50% of the original price of the piece will be applied.
You must provide me with details and/or references for your desired product.
if you decide to use the commissioned piece publicly, credit must be clearly visible on your bio and/or in your post.
There will be an additional privacy fee in the case that you do not wish for me to display any wips and/or the final piece on my social media.

commission process

If you’ve been accepted for a commission, be sure the following information gets to me: Type of commission: icon, sketch, portrait, etc.; Length of commission: bust, half-body, full-body; Number of characters in commission: one person, two people, pairings, etc.
References: feel free to go wild with the references, stick figure drawings and word descriptions included!
this information can be given to me via twitter dms or email.
a general estimate of completion for the commission is 2-4 weeks. in the case of illness, work, life event, etc. you will be informed.
you will be given a sketch at the beginning for edits at no additional cost. any major change beyond that will incur a fee depending on the piece.
